Gathering and gourmet fair in Lech Zürs

For the 3rd time in a row, the gourmet fair Arlberg Weinberg took place for the start of this year's winter season. Guests and industry experts from gastronomy and hotel business had the opportunity to taste the finest wines at the Fux Restaurant+Bar+Kultur on 7 and 8 December. 

Enjoyment and culture

Despite the heavy snowfall, more than 50 winegrowers and exhibitors found their way to Lech and exchanged views with the guests about their great passion for the noble grape juice, as well as about industry trends and current news. In addition to wine tasting, the guests were also treated to culinary delights at the highest level by kitchen teams of top local businesses. Visitors had the opportunity to experience the preparation of the dishes on offer in a show kitchen live. From grandma's time-tested rice pudding to an exotic Thai curry soup, there were no limits to the variety of culinary delights. The winegrowers enriched the dishes with a harmonious wine recommendation and provided a very special taste experience.

Supporting Programme

In addition to the main programme, exklsuive side events were held in the evenings from 6 to 9 December, where guests had another opportunity to taste excellent wines and enjoy culinary delights of the highest standard. From a tasting dinner, to "Finest Food & Wicked Wines" to an "Open Kitchen Party", the hosts from Lech and Zürs offered a lot - a truly enjoyable deluxe experience.
